The story behind the track

In a published interview, DADAMOOG describes a brief exchange with an account appearing to belong to Svein Berge of Röyksopp. Its identity was never confirmed. When the replies stopped, that uncertainty became the starting point for MOON CALL: reaching out, waiting and receiving silence.

The track stands on its own as an imaginative response to that experience. It is not a collaboration with Röyksopp.

A message through electronic sound

MOON CALL belongs to the MOON Universe, where music, space and surreal imagery meet. Its central idea is simple: what happens to a message when no answer returns?

Here, the Moon becomes a place to send that question. Electronic sound offers a language for anticipation, distance and a connection that remains unresolved. The accompanying video gives the release another visual setting to explore.

Listen with headphones, follow the details and let the atmosphere unfold at its own pace.
